4  cups
  peaches
  nectarines
1  cup
  blueberries
2  tsp.
  fresh thyme-chopped
1  tsp.
  ginger-grated
1/4  cup
  lemon juice
1  tsp.
  lemon zest
1/2  cup
  of water
1/4  cup
  of sugar

Directions:  
1 Bring water and sugar to a boil. Allow to reduce by half into a simple syrup. Cool.

2 Dice peaches and nectarines and add to a bowl with the blueberries. Pour over the sugar syrup. Add the thyme, lemon juice, lemon zest, and ginger.

3 Stir, cover, and chill for 1 hour. Serve.
