Set slow cooker on HIGH. Add margarine and minced garlic. Chop onion, green pepper, celery, and jalapeno pepper. Add to pot, stir, and cover; leave for 15 minutes.

Remove skin and chop up roasted turkey breast. Slice sausage links. Add meat to pot. Top with diced tomatoes and chicken broth. Season with hot sauce, creole seasoning, old bay, black pepper, thyme, oregano, red pepper flakes, and a dash of salt. Stir to mix well. Cook 1 hour.

Peel and devein shrimp; cut each in half. Add uncooked rice and shrimp to pot. Stir well. Cover and cook for 2 hours.
